Margaret Root's Obituary
Ms. Margaret Neville Root, 74, of Leesburg, Virginia, died Tuesday, May 9, 2006, at INOVA Loudoun Hospital Center in Leesburg, Virginia. Born on August 7, 1931 in Nassawadox, VA; She was the daughter of the late Richard Neville and the late Mary Elise (Foster) Neville. Ms. Root was a benefits coordinator with Loudoun Memorial Hospital for twenty-one years and a member of St. James Episcopal Church.
She is survived by her four children: Robert Root of New Jersey, Susan R. Minter of Sharpsburg, MD,
Richard A. Root of Norcross, GA, and Phillip W. Root of Waterford, VA, and Eight grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM Friday, May 12, 2006 at St. James Episcopal Church 14 Cornwall Street, Leesburg, VA 20176. A memorial service will be held at the church at 3:00 PM Saturday, May 13, 2006. Interment to be held at a later date in Cape Charles Cemetery in Cape Charles, Virginia.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Ms. Root’s memory to St. James Episcopal Church.
