After 9 years I still think of and talk about my Margie! What a great person and friend. I so wish I had had more time with her.

Even though we hadn't been in communication for years, I always considered Margie my best friend/ my mentor/ my big sister! She was an exceptional teacher but, most importantly to me, a true friend who was funny, wise, honest and open. This past year, I was so grateful to renew my friendship with her and my world became a better, happier, more life affirming place! I loved our phone calls and had a wonderful time when she and Mark visited me in NC and when I visited them in Naples. Margie hadn't changed being the crazy/funny/whip smart woman she was and I was looking forward to her moving to NC and continuing the renewal of my relationship with her! Oh what plans I had when she would move here! But, "man plans and God laughs!"
Her sudden death has rocked me to the core because she was such a light in my life even when I wasn't in communcation with her!! I love her and I will always miss her! She was incomparable and I am devastated at her passing.
My sympathy to her family whom she dearly loved. There are no words...
