Marie A. Avery 's Obituary
Marie A. Avery, (loving know as Toni) 42 of Purcellville, VA passed away on Friday, April 14, 2017, at INOVA Fairfax Hospital in Falls Church, Virginia.
Born April 2, 1975 in Leesburg, VA, she is the daughter of the late Floyd B. Trammel Sr. and Patricia A. Trammel. Toni received her education from Loudoun County Public Schools where she attended Park View High School. Toni married the love of her life Thomas Avery on August 15th 1992 and they shared 24 years of wedding bliss. From that union Tommy and Toni were Blessed with two sons, Dondre and Troy Avery.
Toni was the apple of her father’s eye, Toni’s warm spirit and friendly demeanor made her very popular with her friends and family members. Toni was avid watcher of football and loved watching America’s Team, the Dallas Cowboys, win on the gridiron! No doubt she will be enjoying, “Them Cowboys,” from heaven. Toni loved the simplest things in life. Toni was a dedicated wife, mother, daughter and sister. Toni loved to spend time at home with her family as they were her priority. Toni had a great love for her sons and husband. They were her world. Toni we’ll miss you so much. You were a friend to all of us, and WE LOVE YOU ALWAYS.
She is survived by her husband of 24 years Thomas E. Avery, two sons: Dondre and Troy Avery all of Purcellville, She was preceded in death by her father Floyd B. Trammel Sr, grandparents George and Peggy Trammel, Lillard and Marie Conley. She leaves to morn her mother Patricia Trammel, brother Floyd B Trammel Jr, sister Jasmine Phillips, father-in-law Archie Kenney, brother-in-law, Charles Avery (Helen), sister-in-law Brenda Avery,. Toni also leaves to morn a host of uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews as well as friends that loved her deeply.
A Funeral service will be at 11:00 AM on Saturday April 22, 2017 at Mount Olive Baptist Church 216 Loudoun St., SW Leesburg, VA. 20175. A visitation will be held from 10:00AM until the time of the service. Rev. Carey Johnson III will be officiating.
