Mariusz Biedrzycki's Obituary
Mariusz (Marek) Biedrzycki, also known as Mark, passed away suddenly and tragically on Thursday April 14, 2016 at the age of 31. He was born September 12, 1984 in Poland. Marek spent most of his years living in Worcester, MA before settling down in Leesburg, VA five years ago. He was an amazing and gifted accordionist who loved making music for his many friends and family. Marek was a joy to be around and always left people with a smile on their face. He was the life of the party and could always be found cracking jokes and making others laugh. He was a loving, caring, generous, and great guy who would never hesitate to help others in need. Marek was an outstanding Son, Brother, Uncle, Godfather, and Friend.
Marek leaves behind his mother Zofia Biedrzycki of Worcester, MA. He leaves behind his father Tadeusz Biedrzycki and his wife Elzbieta of Oxford, MA. In addition to his parents, Marek is survived by his two brothers Zbigniew Biedrzycki and his wife Teresa and their two children Nickole and Isabella of Oxford, MA, Krzysztof Biedrzycki and his wife Holly and their two children Erik and Alana of Wales, MA. Marek also leaves behind his sister Iwona Yu and her husband Steven and their children Alexis, Ethan, Steven, and Nathan. Marek is a beloved Godfather to two Godchildren, Nickole Biedrzycki and Alieza Cross. He also leaves behind two step-brothers Dariusz Gawrych of Worcester, MA and Marcin Gawrych and his wife Marlena and their two children Sophia and Nadia of Worcester, MA. Marek leaves behind his best friends Carlos and Lyndsey, his roommate Andy, and countless aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Friends may call on Tuesday, April 19, 2016 from 6-8pm at Loudoun Funeral Chapel 158 Catoctin Circle SE, Leesburg, VA. Mass of Christian burial will be offered on Wednesday, April 20, 2016 at 1:00pm at St John’s Catholic Church 101 Oak Crest Manor Drive, Leesburg, Va. Marek will be laid to rest immediately following mass in the Leesburg Union Cemetery.
There are not enough words that could pay tribute to what a wonderful person Marek Biedrzycki is. Marek will forever live on in the hearts and minds of all who loved him most and will be deeply missed.
