It is with a heavy heart that we share the passing of MARY VIRGINIA CARTER, 74 of Leesburg, Virginia. Who passed on Thursday, July 3, 2025, in Falls Church, Virginia.
Born Saturday, January 13, 1951 in Hamilton, Virginia , she was the daughter of the late Francis Carter and the late Maxine Day Carter.
Mary leaves many to cherish her memory including daughters, Ebonee Carter and Paula Carter, son, Paul Carter, grandchildren, Tevin, Shaylon, Jade, Arnez, Tyla, Samantha, Chynna, Paul Jr, Inez, and Zuri, brother, John Carter (Lee Etta).
The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM on Saturday, July 19, 2025, at Loudoun Funeral Chapel, 158 Catoctin Circle, SE, Leesburg, Virginia.
A memorial service will follow at 11:00 AM on Saturday at Loudoun Funeral Chapel.
