Mary Dennis' Obituary
Mary Margaret Jost Dennis-Aldie, Virginia passed away peacefully on July 2, 2015 in her home after a long, courageous battle with cancer.
Born on June 23, 1930, in Sullivan, Missouri, she was a daughter of Ambrose & Anne Jost. On December 8, 1951 she married Arthur Lawrence Dennis who predeceased her on January 7, 1999.
Mary is survived by two sons, Eric (Cindy) Dennis of Ramona, CA and Jon (Jill) Dennis of White Post, VA and two daughters Susan (Mitch) Farah of Aldie, VA and Jennifer (David) Gallotta of Clifton, VA. Mary was also a proud and loving grandmother to 15 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by one sister, Dorothy (Pete) King of Sullivan, MO.
She was predeceased by three brothers, Henry Jost, David Jost and John Jost and a sister, Minnie Jost Payne.
Private funeral service was held at Loudoun Funeral Chapel, Leesburg, VA on Sunday July 5, from 3-5 pm.
Interment will be held at a later date at Arlington National Cemetery.
