Mary Ann Lightkep's Obituary
Mary Ann Lightkep, 76, of Round Hill, VA, passed away at home on November 22, 2023.
Mary Ann was born in Uniontown, PA to Stephen and Irene Wilcosky on September 24, 1947. Mary Ann graduated from Uniontown High School, in 1965, before moving to Virginia to work for the DoD as an Executive Secretary for the Air Force. She married and raised four children as a homemaker before returning to work for Giant Food for 45 years.
Mary Ann will be remembered in multiple communities and amongst friends and family as a loving, friendly, graceful, friend, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
Mary Ann is survived by her four children; Bill Lightkep Jr., Steve Lightkep, Matt Lightkep and daughter Shannon Lightkep. She also left a legacy with 6 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
Services for Mary Ann will be held on Saturday, December 9, 2023, at Loudoun Funeral Chapel beginning at 11:00am. Reception is to be determined.
