Mary Katherine Morris' Obituary
Mrs. Mary Katherine Morris, 82, of Leesburg, VA, passed away in her home on Thursday, April 15, 2010. She was a daughter of the late Stanley Lee and Patricia Josephine Elmore Posten. She was wife of the late George Morris.
Mary worked as a housekeeper for many years for Marriott hotels.
She is survived by her son Carl Edward Hall of Big Stone Gap, VA; two surviving sisters, Doris Ann Hawkins of Rippon, WV, Patricia Burke of Hillsboro, VA; as well as many nieces, nephews and close dear friends, including Pat Brown who provided love and care in her final days. The family also wishes to thank Capital Hospice for their caring assistance, and a thank you to all Mary’s dear and beloved friends and Little Bo- Chavan K. Smith.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, April 21, 2010 at 1pm at the Ketoctin Cemetery, 16592 Ketoctin Church Road, Purcellville, VA 20132, with Pastor Cary Johnson officiating.
