Michael Duran Cordoba's Obituary
Michael Duran Cordoba, the youngest of three brothers and resident of Leesburg VA, died unexpectedly at home on December 15, 2020 at the age of 33.
Michael is survived by his mother, Lucinda Cordoba; his brothers, Javier Cordoba and Franklin Cordoba; his sister-in law, Mary Cordoba; his nephews, Alexander Cordoba, Nathan Cordoba and Jovanni Cordoba.
Michael was born in Arlington VA on December 16, 1986, to Lucinda Cordoba. He graduated from Stone Bridge High School in 2005. He took on the profession of working as a Security Officer for Allied Universal. He was dedicated and responsible to his work. He was reliable and dependable, having received many commendations for doing an excellent job. Michael was a wonderful son, brother, and uncle. He enjoyed collecting Yu-Kioh game cards and he had a wall to wall collection of Transformers and Power Rangers toys. He was a true Gamer playing Xbox and PS4 games. He got so skilled at the video games and was able to surpass his brothers’ gaming achievements. He was always very helpful and determined to carry out any duties and tasks given to him at home. He never hesitated to look after his nephews when asked. They loved him very much and they looked up to him. He will be deeply missed by family, friends, and all who knew him.
A visitation will be on Sunday December 27, 2020 from 2:30PM to 5:30PM on Sunday at Loudoun Funeral Chapel located at 158 Catoctin Circle, SE Leesburg, Virginia 20175.
