He is survived by his mama Maria Portillo; his abuela Berta Hernandez, and brothers, Justin Gonzalez Portillo.
The family will receive friends to celebrate Jenkin’s life at 7:30 on Friday, March 22, 2019 at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, 605 West Market Street, Leesburg, VA, with Pastor Daniel Rodiguez officiating.
Interment will be held on Saturday, March 23, 2019 at 9:00 am in Lovettsville Union Cemetery, Lovettsville, VA.
