Milton W. Hill's Obituary
Milton W. Hill, Sr. 85, of Manassas, VA, formerly of Leesburg, died Monday, November 9, 2009. Milton was born on December 24, 1923 in Washington, DC. A son of the late Steve William Gibson and Courtney Hill. Milton (Mr. Tom) spent most of adult life in Loudoun County, VA and attended Loudoun Schools.
Mr. Hill was employed at several farms, a steel worker for Union Iron Work in Herndon, VA until retiring after over 25 years. After retirement Milton enjoyed life in Herndon.
He was predeceased by his loving partner of 25 years Florence L. Ross 2000 and his wife Arlene Sheppard Hill in 1995 and one daughter, Billie Mae Ross Morris in 1978, and three brothers.
Mr. Hill is survived by four children Richard Ross of Dale City, VA, Ellen Hill of Manassas, VA, Milton Hill, Jr. of Manassas, VA, Mary Hogan and son in law Samuel of Fredericksburg; and former daughter in law, Wanda Hill of Leesburg. Mr. Hill is also survived by 14 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
