On Sunday, February 21, 2016 at her home in Harpers Ferry, WV. Beloved mother of Donald Elias, Sr., Heather Legard and Peter Legard IV. Sister of Judy Furr and grandmother of four grandchildren: Donald Elias, Sr., Shelah Elias, Zoey Legard and Peter F. Legard, V. She is also survived by her companion Charles Newlin. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, February 28, 2016 at 2:00pm at Loudoun Funeral Chapel 158 Catoctin Circle, SE, Leesburg, Va.
