Born in Arlington, VA on May 19, 1952 to Charles E. Keene, father and Janet Fike Keene, mother formally of Ashburn, VA both predeceased. Eternally at rest on February 16, 2016 in Winchester VA at his residence. 1972 graduate of Broad Run High School in Ashburn, VA. A Veteran of the US Army PFC. Since May 1, 1977 Neal worked for William A Hazel Company of Chantilly, VA his current position was a Topman. He was looking forward to his upcoming retirement. he was a member of the Moose Lodge Chapter 1283, American Legion Post 21 and the Fraternal Order of the Eagles all of Winchester, VA.
Siblings includes George Keene, brother and Joan Hockman, sister, both predeceased. Surviving siblings Debra Lewis,sister and her husband Tom Lewis of Manassas, VA, Michael Keene, brother & girlfriend Barbara Adams of Front Royal, VA, Linda Williams, sister and husband David Williams of Bokeelia, FL, Joyce Thompson, sister and husband Brian Thompson Sr. of Jeffersonton, VA, Frank Keene, brother and wife Sonia Keene, of Sterling, VA and Lori Dillman, sister and husband Robert Dillman, of Charles Town, WV and extended family of many.
Service will be held on Saturday, March 5, 2016 @ 11:00 am Loudoun Funeral Chapel 158 Catoctin Circle, SE. Leesburg, VA. Interment to follow at Leesburg Union Cemetery with military honors. Hope and pray to see family and friends that knew Neal come and share in his in last dance.
