Norman Townson Jester's Obituary
NORMAN TOWSON JESTER, 93, June 30, 1918 - May 5, 2012. Mr. Jester was a lifelong resident of the Washington, DC area and 1936 graduate of Western High School. He received a Major in Business from Duke University in 1940. Mr. Jester served his country in the United States Army during WWII from 1941-1946 and returned home to marry the late Jean Marie Seaford Jester. A son Robert also predeceased him. He worked at various car dealerships in the DC area as a sales man and title clerk. Mr. Jester is survived by his beloved son, Paul and wife Helen Jester, four grandchildren, Mike, Jean, John, Christopher, four great grandchildren a niece and a host of other relatives and friends. A memorial service will be held at 4pm on Saturday, May 12th 2012 at the Loudoun Funeral Chapel, 158 Catoctin Cr. SE in Leesburg, VA. Interment will be in Parklawn Memorial Park, Rockville, MD. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Washington Humane Society, 7319 Georgia Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20012.
