Pansy Isabell Lowe's Obituary
PANSY ISABELL LOWE, 75, lifelong resident of Loudoun County died on Sunday, April 22nd 2012 in Leesburg. Mrs. Lowe was born February 1st 1937 in Lucketts, VA to the late Norman and Lilly Shugars Russell. A daughter, Donna L. Shahan, step son, Warren C. Lowe, adopted son, Howard Sanford and several siblings also predeceased her. She was a member of Crossroads Baptist Church, Leesburg and the Eagles in Brunswick, MD. Mrs. Lowe enjoyed playing bingo and dancing but most of all she loved to spend time with family.
Mrs. Lowe is survived by her three sons: James Elmer Lowe, Jr. of Harpers Ferry, WV, Norman Richard Lowe (Lisa) of Leesburg, Robert W. Lowe (Mary) of Harpers Ferry; six siblings: Ellenor Gray, Dorris Johnson, Eileen Goss, Joe Russell, Gordon Russell, Theodore Russell, ten grandchildren, four grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
Friends may call on Wednesday, April 25th 2012 from 2-4 and 7-9 at the Loudoun Funeral Chapel, 158 Catoctin Cr. SE, Leesburg. Services will follow at the funeral home on Thursday, April 26th at 11: 00am with Pastor Ron Sage officiating. Interment will be in Cheltenham Veterans Cemetery, Cheltenham, MD.
