So many memories of time spent in your home with your Mom. We were all lucky to have her looking over us, listening to our worries and celebrating our triumphs all while encouraging our dreams. She will be remembered fondly.
Pat was a one of a kind human being with a servant heart. She was always seeking to be of service to her church, her community, and her family. Praise God that she has entered the Light and Love and Deep Peace of God and the joy of the Communion of the Saints.
Trac & Jude - Wildman street was my second home. Pat - aka “Mom” to most who enter your home was a place of acceptance, fun and safety. The memories, laughter and conversations that happen in those walls will forever be part of all of our lives. I’m sorry that Alzheimer’s stole a portion of her life, but know, that we love her and you both like family and will always be here for you in good times and celebrations. Sending hugs!
Tracy and Judy -- Your home on Wildman St. was always a fun, welcoming, safe place when we were kids, and your mother was at the center of that. She showed great kindness to me, and I will always appreciate that, and the friendship I felt from all of you. Sending you hugs in this difficult time. --Barbara Brown
I worked with Pat at Loudoun County Mental Health in the late 1970’s. We were a community who felt privileged to be doing the work. We were also defined by friendship and respect for each other. Pat was clearly passionate about her work—about being there fully for people in emotional pain. She would have worked 25 hours a day. I think of her with great respect and care, and now loss.
Tracy and Judy ~ I am so very sorry to hear about the loss of your Mom. I remember your Mom as always having a smile on her face. Keeping both of you and your families in my thoughts and prayers. Francie (Lehr) Chiado
What an amazing lady, she gave so much and to some of us, she was Mrs Kropp. Open door always, food, fun and great conversations. She was a second mom to so many of Tracy’s and Judy’s friends, memories that will always live on. Peace Mrs Kropp and to all the family 🙏🏻
