Patty Artrip Gels age 65 of Leesburg passed away on January 29, 2017 surrounded by her family. She is the daughter of Paul Calvin Artrip and Minnie Gladyss (Bryan) Artrip. She is survived by her two daughters: Ashley (Cory) Ramsey Read Obituary
I worked with Patty for five years. She was a great person. We worked for Judge Leon. We shared a lot of laughs.
To the family, I remember Patty as being very kind, helpful and soft spoken. I missed her when she left the Federal Court. God don't make mistakes, He always knows what is best. Patty is resting in peace, and may the family be comforted and kept in God's care.

My daughter, Rebecca Stonestreet, and I were so sorry to hear of Patty's passing away, and want to come to a funeral or memorial service if we know when it is. She was a good friend at the Federal Court House. We had many happy lunches and good times with her there, and after she retired to Leesburg. We will try to find this information.
