I never met Paul, but my children were the lucky ones who had his daughter Ann as a teacher. It is clear that his faithful ministry and witness lives on in her.

I will always remember Mr. Garvin’s kindness in allowing me to take my son fishing in the pond on his farm in Aldie when my boy was just 6 or 7 years old, he is 29 now. Those memories remain very special to us. My father also shared a long friendship with the Garvin family, and I will always hold those ties in gratitude.
