Paul Daniel Reeves' Obituary
Paul Daniel Reeves, “Dan”, 60, of Hillsboro, Virginia passed away suddenly on Sunday, April 26, 2015.
Danny was born on Tuesday, February 15, 1955 in Leesburg, Virginia. He was the son of the late Weldon and Betty Burkholder Reeves. He was also predeceased by his younger brother, Richard Reeves, in March of 2014.
He was employed by M E Flow as Operations Manager since 2003.
Danny was a very active member of Leesburg United Methodist Church, including playing softball, his lifelong passion. He was an avid outdooorsman; hunting, fishing, hiking, and playing golf whenever he could. And of course, he was a football fan - Hail to the Redskins!
If there was one thing everyone knew about Danny, it was how much he loved his family. He was always just a phone call away. He was a constant handyman, using his skills to fix, create, or maintain something for anyone of his ever growing family.
He leaves his family to cherish his memory including his wife Patsy McClintock of Hillsboro, VA; sons, Andrew & his wife Jennifer Reeves of Fairfax, VA, Jeremy & his wife Nancy Reeves of Chester, VA, Adam & his wife Vickie McClintock of Leesburg, VA and Shane McClintock of Leesburg, VA, daughter, Rebekah & husband Kenny Johnson of Leesburg, VA, brother, David Reeves of Chicago, IL, sister, Sheryl Martin of Hamilton, VA; 10 grandchildren Austin 18, April 17, Cameron 16, Pasha 16, Michael 14, Carter 13, little Adam 10, Ethan 10, Asa 9, and Elijah 2.
The family received relatives & friends from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Wednesday, April 29, 2015, at Loudoun Funeral Chapel, 158 Catoctin Circle, SE, Leesburg, Virginia.
A service to celebrate Danny's life was at 11:00 AM on Thursday at Leesburg United Methodist Church located at 107 W Market Street Leesburg, Virginia 20175 with the Rev. Jim Wishmyer officiating.
A reception was at the church immediately following the service.
