Pauline R. Orr (Mough)
Mrs. Orr was born November 17, 1934 to Harry Frank Mough and Leona Jean Mough of Armbrust, Pennsylvania, died on July 15, 2019 at Lansdowne Inova Hospital surrounded by her children Kim Truxel of Leesburg, Virginia and Jim Truxel of Purcellville, Virginia.
Mrs. Orr was an active member at Haymarket Chapter #123 of the Order of the Eastern Star, having served in the Eastern Star organization for over 50 years. She was a registered LPN working in the labor and delivery and pediatrics departments at Loudoun Memorial Hospital for 8 years. Mrs. Orr was one of the founding charter members of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in Leesburg.
Mrs. Orr is survived by her children Kim and Jim (married to Kelley) and two grandchildren Emily Truxel (married to Gonzalo Ramella) and Kate Murphey (married to Jake Murphey).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Wounded Warriors and/or WAAAG – Washington Area Animal Adoption Group.
Services will be held at Loudoun Funeral Chapel in Leesburg Virginia on Sunday, July 21st. Mrs. Orr will lay to rest at Westmoreland County Memorial Park in Greensburg, Pennsylvania. Please share online condolences with the family at www.loudounfuneralchapel.com
