Born Friday, May 1, 1981, in Leesburg, Virginia, he was the son of the late Rupert Sooklal and Doolin Sooklal.
Jason is survived by his brothers, Donny Sooklal, Brian Sooklal, Robert Sooklal, Neil Sooklal, and Richard Sooklal.
