Phil was a wonderful and kind person who I had the great pleasure of knowing at Leisure World. He and his lovely wife, Rita, were frequent participants in the water volleyball games. Heartfelt sympathy and prayers for God's comfort and peace. Our lives are always made better by those beautiful and kind souls who lift us. God bless you all. May he rest in eternal peace.
My condolences on Phil's passing. Phil worked as a volunteer at my library, and we will miss his gentle and kind presence. He was a hard worker and always maintained a great attitude, whatever the task. He will be missed by everyone.

Phil and I worked together early in his career and then again late in his career. I still have connections to those who worked with him in the mid 2000s. I will pass on information about his passing on the his eternal life.

Phil was an avid water volleyball (WVB) enthusiast for several years. Phil has moved on from the Lansdowne Woods VA pool waters and the WVB activity he thoroughly enjoyed.
Phil's competitive WVB participation (his unbelievable dives to keep the ball in play; and the amount of spin he good fashion on a serve) will long be remembered. It was a pleasure and a joy to play on Phil's team, and to be on the opposing team. He taught me the true meaning of great sportsmanship through his humble example.
He has left the Eagle's Nest on this earth, only to welcomed in a Heavenly eagle's nest.
