Phyllis was a wonder friend she will be missed. I worked with her at The Loudoun Times Mirror, she thought a lot of Alton Carnes. Alton said she was a hard worker and everyone enjoyed having her around. She was always so cheerful. My condolences to her family and Love ones. Rest In Peace.

I had the wonderful blessing to have shared many a conversation when Phyllis attended the Leesburg senior center when I was working at the facility. I was her neighbor for a time in Lucketts where I would sometimes get to bring her to the center when her daughter was unable to do so. She was a gentle spirit and loving person. She always had something kind to share and always asked about my mother who too passed away this year in February. She will be truly missed.
