Brother of Keith (Candice) Fleming and uncle of Zachery Fleming and Brooke (Justin) Carr. Friends may call on Wednesday, September 7 from 6-8pm at Loudoun Funeral Chapel 158 Catoctin Circle, SE, Leesburg, VA where a funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 8 at 11:00am. Interment to follow at Union Cemetery Leesburg, VA. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Spotsylvania Volunteer Fire Department
