Don
Ralph was the most authentic, genuine, and kind-hearted person I've ever met (he was real, and always kept it that way). He was someone with very strong morals, values, and character.
It’s difficult to find like-minded people who also share the same values - people that you just naturally click with without putting forth any real effort - he was one of them.
The depth of our friendship and kinship that evolved over the years is something that can take a lifetime to cultivate. It was all those late nights playing tekken, family get-togethers, kid’s birthdays, holidays, workday tekken, weekend tekken, family trips – we were all “in it together”, and we were all “pack members”.
To spice things up during our late-night Tekken matches: “If you get Five Hot, Take a Shot”
I will never forget those high-pitched, raw, uncensored comments and the excitement in his voice when he was close to winning our best of 3, or best of 5 round set: “MAN… DON’T GET FIVE HOT!!” (No wonder I’m so inebriated). He could go on forever… He was always the last one to quit – we all threw in the towel first.
Chances are that if you were friends with Ralph, he liked you because of the type of person that you are – he gravitated towards others with shared values. He always saw the best in everyone. He enjoyed the very simple things in life: good food, cars, tekken and spending meaningful time with friends and family.
I can tell that among his family, his circle of friends (friendzzz), my family, and our pets, he was a monumental pillar in our lives – in many ways. He had an unspoken, unconditional love for those around him. He was always there for all of us – for all the times that mattered most.
(all with zero expectations – just costed Free.dot.99).
Thank you for everything, and I’m sorry for everything… you will truly be missed. I love you, brother.
R.I.P.
