She was born on February 15, 1958 in McDowell, WV to the late James and Bonnie Branscome.
Ramona worked for the National Space and Air Museum for more then 20 years before retiring.
Ramona leaves behind her loving sister Karen of Ashburn, VA along with other family and friends.
