Regina Mantz's Obituary
Mrs. Regina Ann (Autry) Mantz, 33, of Harpers Ferry, West Virginia, died Tuesday, January 17, 2006, as a result of a fatal auto accident, in Purcellville, Virginia.
Born on December 27, 1972 in Suffolk, Virginia. She was the daughter of Dewey H. Autry and Mrs. Margaret Sue (Cauble) Autry of Suffolk, VA. Regina was raised in Suffolk, Virginia. She graduated from John Yeates High School in 1990. She attended Tidewater Community College/ Suffolk Campus, and then attended Sheppard College, working towards a degree in Hotel/ Restaurant Management. She worked previously with ABC Group in Ransom, WV, as a Customer Service Rep., and volunteered with Food Share in Charles Town. Regina was at present very proud to be a stay at home mom, Soccer Mom, and homeroom mom. She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church.
In addition to her parents, Regina is survived by her husband Wayne Harold Mantz of Harpers Ferry, WV, and her daughter, Tarah Brielle Mantz of Harpers Ferry, West Virginia, her Sister, Amy (Autry) & her husband Jay Venturi, and nephew Gaelan of Cheasapeake, VA; her Brother: D. Herbert & wife (Kelly) Autry, Jr. of Suffolk, Virginia. She is also survived by her mother and father-in-law, Marilyn and Ronald Mantz of Lovettsville, VA; three brother-in-laws: James Mantz of Boonesboro, MD, Kenneth and his wife Sheila Mantz of Harpers Ferry, WV, and Dean and his wife Kitty Mantz of Macon, GA, plus nieces and nephews: Jason, Danielle, Scot, and Tiffany all Mantz.
Arrangements are being handled by Loudoun Funeral Chapels, formerly Brown Funeral Home, 34 East Broad Way, Lovettsville, Virginia, where the family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM Friday, January 20, 2006. Funeral service will be held at Zion Lutheran Church, 38011 Morrisonville Road, Lovettsville, VA, at 11:00 AM Saturday, January 21, 2006 , Rev. G. Andreas Armstrong officiating. Interment will follow in Lovettsville Union Cemetery in Lovettsville, Virginia. Donations may be made in her memory to Community Ministries Food Bank, Main Street, Charlestown, WV.
