I had the pleasure of working with Rick Lepp from 2008 - 2010 in Kaiserslautern, Germany. In my opinion, Rick was a consummate coworker/supervisor. He took me under his wing and taught me the ropes in Bulk Fuel Management. I learned a lot from Rick and forever in his debt because I would not be here working for Federal Government for the past 9 years if it was for Rick. I truly enjoyed my time working around Rick and called me often over the past 7 years. I will miss those calls deeply. He will be missed. My deepest condolences to Lepp Family.
Love to all the Lepps from the Chester clan. Rick always struck me as one cool character. He always treated me as an adult, even when I was a dorky high school kid. His confidence was inspiring and his "adventures" were the stuff of legends :)
