We will miss him. I enjoyed talking with him all the times we visited at Re/Max Premier. He had such a beautiful spirit.
I know he will be missed. Blessings to his family. Jill Tacci Re/Max Premier
After seven years there are countless memories of Richard, but the common thread that is woven throughout them all reveals a man of incredible patience, great integrity and subtle humor. I was privileged to sit by his bedside during his final days and he was gracious in letting me know that he was aware of my presence.
Richard did not live to work; he worked to spend time with his beloved family. His wish, in retiring from real estate, was to devote himself exclusively to those he loves - a wish he successfully fulfilled.
My prayers for divine peace are with Marian and the family during this time of sorrow.

Marion and Family,
Kevin and I are so very sorry to hear of Richard's passing. Gentle is a word that greatly expresses how we felt about Richard but also kind, sweet, funny and loved. The vision of Richard "fishing" his new cell phone out of the mucky Potomac River with my dad will always be what I remember of his character. So serious but so funny too. Only Richard, and me, could have dropped a phone in the Potomac River!
We are sending you prayers and thoughts in this time of shock and sorrow.
