Robert Laughlin Park, 89, retired aviation lawyer and judge, on Friday, December 26, 2008 in Potomac Falls, Virginia. Survived by two children: Timothy Park of Manassas, Virginia and Lucy Dugger of Richmond, Virginia; three grandchildren: Matthew, Shawn and Christopher Dugger. A memorial service will be held at 1:00pm on Tuesday, January 13, 2009 at Falcons Landing Chapel 20522 Falcons Landing Circle, Potomac Falls, Virginia with a reception to follow.
