Robert Warren Ahrens' Obituary
Robert W. Ahrens, 76, passed away on Wednesday September 14th, 2011 in Leesburg, VA, with his family by his side. He was born in Brooklyn, NY on April 21, 1935 to the late John H. Ahrens and Mary S. Ahrens.
He attended The University of Virginia and graduated with a degree in Law. He moved to Leesburg in 1963 where he practiced law for 26 years. Mr. Ahrens served as a substitute Judge for a few years.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia A. Ahrens; 3 children: Robert Warren Ahrens, II (Denise), Laura Ahrens Jackson (Randy) and Barbara L. Ahrens; 3 grandchildren: Robert W. Ahrens, III, Courtney P. Jackson and Ashley B. Jackson.
In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Leesburg Presbyterian Church, 207 West Market Street, Leesburg, Va. 20175 or Clarksbury United Methodist Church in Hardyville, Va.
Robert will be laid to rest in The O’Brien Family Cemetery in Appomattox, Virginia after a family graveside service. Share condolences with the family.
