Robin Frye Hawkins' Obituary
Robin Frye Hawkins 51, died peacefully on November 15th following a sudden illness.
She is survived by her two loving daughters Kayla Nicole and Kelsi Ann Hawkins, and granddaughter Alexa Grace Hawkins-Cole of Leesburg, VA. Her stepson Chad (Jenny) Maddox and their three children (Emily, Abby and Logan) of Roanoke, VA. Her amazing mother Barbara Frye, of Lovettsville, VA; siblings, Sandy Frye (Doug) Nalls and Johnny (Tamara) Frye of Winchester, VA; niece Haley Nalls (fiancé Arron, nephew Dwayne Nalls (Elisha Knotts). Mother-in-law, Sue Hawkins and sister-in-law, Carol Lee Hawkins of Leesburg, VA. Many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Born March 25th in Leesburg, VA; she was preceded in death by her husband Keith Allen Hawkins, and her father Howard Frye.
Her sweet soul and generous loving heart will be missed by so many.
She was very active in the Leesburg Moose Lodge 1041 and served on the board of directors, as well as helping with many charity events for the local communities. Her passion for horses led to many hours dedicated to Maintree Farm with lessons, camp and the children. She loved Sunday football and was a faithful Redskins fan.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, November 19 from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. with funeral services on Thursday, November 20 at 11:00 a.m. at Loudoun Funeral Chapel.
Immediately following the services family and friends are welcome to a reception at the Leesburg Moose Lodge.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Robin’s memory to the Leesburg Moose Lodge/Hawkins Benefit, 43 Catoctin Circle, SE, Leesburg, VA 20175.
