Robin Ann Brendel's Obituary
Robin Ann Brendel, 44, of Purcellville, VA, died Thursday, March 4, 2010 in Leesburg, VA. Born on May 11, 1965 in Falls Church, Virginia, and grew up in Vienna, VA. Robin was a daughter of the late Harry Paul Barton and Mrs. Ruth Ann Barton of Venice, FL.
She was a graduate of the class of 1983 at George Marshall HS in Falls Church.
Robin had been active with Upper Loudoun Youth Football including football and cheerleading when here children were younger and was a member of the Daughter of Scotia.
In addition to her mom, Robin is survived by her husband of twenty years, Bob Brendel of Purcellville; her three children, James Brendel, Airman First Class, of Eglin AFB FL, Joshua Brendel, and Caitlin Brendel, both of Purcellville, VA.
She is survived by her sister Cathy McGrain of Venice, FL and her brother Robert Barton of Herndon, VA.
Local arrangements are being handled by Loudoun Funeral Chapels, 158 Catoctin Cr. SE, Leesburg, VA 20175, where friends may call on Tuesday, March 9, 2010 from 6 to 9 pm at the funeral home, and where funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, March 10, 2010, Chaplain Charles Grant officiating.
A brief memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 13, 2010 at Farley Funeral Home in Venice, FL, with interment services to follow in Venice Memorial Gardens, Venice, FL.
