Rollin Ager's Obituary
Rollin Willard Ager, 68, of Ashburn, Virginia, died Thursday, February 23, 2006, at INOVA Loudoun Hospital Center in Leesburg, Virginia.
Born on February 25, 1937 in Portage, Wisconsin. He was a son of the late Willard Ager and the late Marian (Stebbins) Ager.
Mr. Ager received a Bachelors degree from the University of Wisconsin in Administration. He and his family lived in Sun Prairie, WI for twenty two years.
Mr. Ager was the Director of the Department of Labor Industry & Human Relations for the State of Wisconsin until his retirement. He was a member of Heritage Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife Barbara Jean Ager of Ashburn; his Daughter, Rachel Lynn (Ager) Brewer and son-in-law W. John Brewer of Ashburn, Virginia; Son, Scott Alan Ager of Navare, Florida; his Brother, Merlin Ager and sister-in-law Ruth of Cedarville, Ohio; and two granddaughters, Belle and Abigail Brewer.
Arrangements are being handled by Loudoun Funeral Chapels, 158 Catoctin Circle, SE 20175, Leesburg, Virginia, where the family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM Sunday, February 26, 2006. Friends may call on Monday, from 10 until the time of the funeral service at Heritage Baptist Church, 21700 Shellhorn Road, Ashburn, VA 20147 at 11:00 AM Monday, February 27, 2006, Reverend David J. Barton officiating.
Interment will follow in Sterling Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Mr. Agers memory to Heritage Baptist Church c/o a memorial fund to be established.
