On Tuesday, November 15, 2016 of Leesburg, VA. Beloved wife of John F. Payne. Loving mother of Billie Adams and Belinda Lay. Sister of William Lay, Wilma Penwell and Norma Spinks and predeceased by her siblings: Robert, Johnny and Daryl Lay. Grandmother of Nakia Lay, Brittany Cook, Devin Lay, Dominic Lay, Danyelle Lay and Juan Chavez-Lay and great grandmother of Nalah Warren and Azariah Brown. A memorial visitation will be held on Friday, November 18, 2016 from 3:00pm-5:00pm at Loudoun Funeral Chapel 158 Catoctin Circle, SE, Leesburg, VA. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home for the funeral expenses for Sally.
