I have known Santiago since 1990 and have shared countless good times with him and Winnie (and later on Erica and David) both in Pittsburgh and here in Virginia. We biked, hiked, skied, ice skated, roller bladed, roller coastered, picnicked, watched movies, partied, strolled, dined, laughed, etc. etc. together. Always a loving boyfriend/husband to Winnie, dad and son. Will miss his loud, contagious laughter and delicious lengua estofada. Goodbye friend......
