SHAHIN PARSAY's Obituary
Shahin Parsay, 40, of Sterling, VA, passed on December 28, 2021, in Sterling, VA.
He was born on April 14, 1981 in Los Angeles, CA.
He leaves his family to cherish his memory including his parents, Mo and Roya Parsay of Ashburn, VA; his fiancée, Frances Portillo; and other family and friends.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday, January 9, 2022 at 2 pm, at the Loudoun Funeral Chapel.
The family will receive friends for a visitation from 1 to 2pm at the funeral on Sunday, prior to the funeral.
