Sharon K. Appleby's Obituary
Sharon K. Appleby, 83, formerly of Wyomissing, passed away Friday, December 9, 2022, in the care of Ashby Ponds Senior Living. She was born Monday, December 12, 1938 in Wyomissing to the late Walter and Kathryn (Schnur) Kolditz. Sharon was a devoted teacher throughout her career and enjoyed her travel and friends in her retirement years.
Left to treasure her memory are her son - Jarrett Appleby of Leesburg, VA and wife Pamela and son - Brian Appleby of Canton, MA; granddaughters Blaine and Dylan ; and great grandchildren Aspen and Holden. Sharon was predeceased by her son, Tristan. A small private Celebration of her Life will be held next week at Ashby Ponds for family and friends. Private Interment will be in Pleasant View Cemetery, Reading, PA. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Sharon’s memory to Ashby Ponds Scholars Fund for Students with need using Donation Link elm.convio.net/AshbyPondsSCH.
