Shaukat Alfonse's Obituary
Born in Peshawar, Pakistan, to Allah Rakha and Veero Bibi, Shaukat Alfonse lived a life defined by faith, sacrifice, and love. A hardworking student-athlete, he worked nights while attending college by day and proudly represented his school in national hockey.
