Sheila E. Baker's Obituary
Sheila Elizabeth Baker, age 72, of Leesburg, Virginia, passed away on
Tuesday, January 1, 2019, at Blue Ridge Hospice in Winchester, Virginia.
Born in Lake City, Florida on Sunday, February 24, 1946, she was the
daughter of the late Harold L. and Mary (Griffin) Sullivan. Over the years
living in Florida and then in Virginia, Sheila was loved by every person
she came across, be they co-workers or simply random people on the
street, and was always willing to help out anybody in need. And she
loved watching the Florida Gators football games on fall Saturdays.
Sheila was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She is survived by
her husband of over 52 years, Edwin A. Baker Jr., daughter Kelli
Richardson and her husband Robert, son Bryan Baker, and granddaughters
Elizabeth Grimm and her husband Christian, and Amanda Harvey and her
husband Kyle.
A Funeral service will be at 3:00 PM on Sunday January 6, 2019 at
Loudoun Funeral Chapel located at 158 Catoctin Circle, SE Leesburg,
Virginia 20175. A viewing will be held from 2:00 PM until the time of
the service. Interment will be in Culpeper National Cemetery, Culpeper,
VA on Monday January 7, 2019 at 12:00 PM.
