Shelby Burton Phillips of Ashburn, Virginia passed away Monday, September 4, 2017 surrounded by her family.
She was born on November 28, 1992 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
She is survived by her parents Jeffrey and Karen (Jahnke) Phillips, sister Morgan Phillips and a brother John Phillips.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday September 13, 2017 at 3:00 PM at Loudoun Funeral Chapel 158 Catoctin Circle SE Leesburg, VA 20175. A visitation will be held from 1:00 to 3:00PM.
