Stephen David Osborne, age 58, of Ashburn, VA, passed away on Sunday, June 21, 2020, at INOVA Fair Oaks Hospital in Fairfax, VA.
Stephen was born in New York to Richard and Betty (Relyea) Osborne.
He is survived by his wife Charlotte.
Interment will be held in Leesburg Union Cemetery on Thursday June 25, 2020 at 11:00AM.
