Stephen Foster Rapp resident of Leesburg, Virginia, born November 12, 1967 passed away March 29, 2016. He is survived by his mother, Agnes Waskom Rapp, age 92 of Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, his sister Mary Rapp Geesaman of Shippensburg, Pennsylvania, her husband, Cy, and their daughters Hannah, Emma and Clara. Stephen owned and operated “Steve the Pool Guy” pool service. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, April 20, 2016 at 6:00pm at Loudoun Funeral Chapel 158 Catoctin Circle SE, Leesburg, VA 20175.
