Steuart Weller's Obituary
STEUART W. WELLER, 74, Founder/Owner of Weller Tile & Mosaics Inc. in Ashburn, Virginia, died on Friday February 16, 2007 in Lansdowne, Virginia. Mr. Weller was born April 24, 1932 in Alexandria, Virginia to the late Mark G. and Gertrude Patricia Sutphin Weller. He was a life member of the Ashburn Volunteer Fire Department and served on the board with the Salvation Army in Leesburg. Mr. Weller was also a longstanding supporter of the Loudoun County 4-H, Central Loudoun and the Dulles Little Leagues. He was active in the Boy Scouts of America in Ashburn during the early 1960’s and a member of the Ashburn United Methodist Church.
Mr. Weller is survived by his beloved wife of 56 years, Gracie S. Weller of Ashburn, VA; five children: Dale Weller of Gore, VA, John Patrick Weller of Potomac Falls, VA, Patricia Russell of Leesburg, VA, Martha Lee and Rick Fletcher of Charles Town, WV, Suzie and Dave Payne of Stevens City, VA; his aunt: Martha Boyle of Leesburg, VA; Fourteen Grandchildren: Stacey McKimmey, Richard Fletcher, Amy Weller, Shannon Virts, Jeffrey Fletcher, Colleen Kay, Nathan Weller, Alyssa Honesty, Jonathan Weller, Ashley Russell, Stephen Russell, Amber Payne, Mark Payne, Kayla Payne; Nine Great Grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
Friends may call at the Loudoun Funeral Chapel, 158 Catoctin Cr. SE Leesburg, VA on Wednesday February 21, 2007 from 2-4 and 6-9pm. Funeral services will follow at Christian Fellowship Church, 21673 Beaumeade Circle, Ashburn, Virginia on Thursday February 22, at 1:00pm with Rev. Bill Jones, Rev. Stuart James and Rev. Gary Myers officiating. Interment will be private.
