Susan Givens' Obituary
Susan Givens (Kelly), 92, passed away on April 7, 2024, from a long battle with dementia. Even though dementia took her away from this world, her kindness and sweetness touched many in the community.
Susan was born in Chicago, Illinois. She grew up in Tokyo, Japan as her father served as an Army Officer. Throughout her life, she enjoyed football, ice skating, swimming, and spending time with pets. Susan is survived by her daughter, Catherine Givens. She was preceded in death by her parents William and Yvonne Kelly; siblings Robert, Paul, Patricia; and former spouse William Givens. She was a proud Federal Employee serving for 40 years in numerous eastern and western European countries.
A Private service was held at Parklawns Memorial Garden, Chambersburg PA.
