Thelma Brown's Obituary
Thelma Arlen (Baker) Brown, 66, of Lovettsville, VA died Wednesday, March 7, 2007, at her home in Lovettsville, VA.
Born on July 23, 1940 in Rockville, MD; she was a daughter of the late Charles Baker and the late Hazel (Cooper) Baker. Mrs. Brown was the wife of the late William Thomas Brown, who predeceded her in death in 2000. Mrs. Brown was a homemaker who enjoyed spending time with her family. Home decorating and repairing antique furniture were some of her hobbies.
She is survived by her sons, William Edward Brown & wife Cheryl of Brunswick, MD, Tommy Brown & wife Kim of Hagerstown, MD; her daughter-Sidney (Brown) Boltz of FL; two sisters, Cornelia Eckburg of Pecatonica, IL and Barbara Jean Thomas of Conway, SC; her brother-Charles E. Baker of Delta, PA, four grandchildren: David Brown, Kelly Lowery, Greg Lowery, and Nathan Brown, and two great-grandchildren: Hunter Lowery and Kaylie Brown.
Mrs. Brown was also predeceased by her two sisters, Linda Baker and Emily Virginia Emory, and a brother Robert Baker.
Arrangements are being handled by Loudoun Funeral Chapels, 34 East Broad Way, Lovettsville, VA 20180, where the family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM Friday, March 9, 2007. Funeral service will held at the funeral home at 2:00 PM Saturday, March 10, 2007, Rev. Roland England
officiating. Interment will be at Lovettsville Union Cemetery.
