Thelma Stocks, a lifelong resident of Leesburg, VA passed away on April 1, 2017 at the age of 83. Thelma is pre-deceased in death by her husband, Richard J. Stocks, her parents Elmer and Jessie James and her sister Nettie Mae James. She is survived by her daughters, Toni Martin, Haymarket, VA and Gayle Feineis, Virginia Beach, VA; her grandsons, Bart Berns (Tracyraquel), Watertown, NY, Warren Berns (Candice), Gainesville, VA and Shane Feineis, Richmond, VA; her siblings, Elmer E. James “Jimmy” (Margaret), Waldorf, MD, Virginia Allen, White Stone, VA, Stanley James, Leesburg, VA, Paul Wallace, Warrenton, VA and Dorothy Wallace, LaPlata, MD and her great-grandchildren Goldie Marks, Watertown, NY and Hunter Berns, Watertown, NY.
A memorial service will be held on Tues., April 11 at 1:00 at Loudoun Funeral Chapel, 158 Catoctin Circle, SE, Leesburg, VA 20175. In lieu of flowers, please consider memorial donations in her name to the Loudoun County Volunteer Rescue Squad, P.O. Box 1178, Leesburg, VA 20177.
