Thomas Braker Foulke's Obituary
Tom was born on Monday, January 7, 1957, in Salem, New Jersey, to parents Lowell B. Foulke and Carol Wentz Foulke. He was the husband of Kelly Foulke. Tom graduated from University of Denver with a Master’s degree in Telecommunications Technology. He enjoyed a career as a systems engineer, retiring in 2021. Tom enjoyed sailing regattas around the world with his wife Kelly. He was known as a patient captain who was often asked to help others learn the ropes. Tom was a proud Eagle Scout and used those skills throughout his life. His family, friends and travel were his biggest passions. Those who knew Tom were touched by his kindness, humor and loving, supportive nature. He was always a source of positivity.
Tom is survived by his loving wife of 33 years, Kelly Monroe Foulke, mother, Carol Foulke, sister, Freddie Foulke, brother-in-law, Craig Hiserman, sister-in-law Karen Adducci, brother-in-law Anthony Adducci, Nieces and nephews, Chelsea and Courtney Coffin, Santino, Louis, and Jen Adducci, Natalie Langford.
A Funeral service will be at 1:00 PM on Friday February 18, 2022 at Loudoun Funeral Chapel located at 158 Catoctin Circle, SE Leesburg, Virginia 20175 with the Rev. Tom Berlin officiating.
