1978, came from Scotland to Brookield Circle in Sugarland Run, completely in awe of this new experience. Met and loved Tina who took me under her wing as we spent a whole summer of fun together, with Wilma, Ted and Michelle who was a wee but younger. Leaving in September was just such a wrench but thse months will stay with me forever, as will the other occasions when Tina got over to visit in Scotland and we partied hard. Am absolutely devastated at how we have lost her so suddenly as she was on a promised visit to Scotland when she was settled again after losing her mum. Will miss her smiles forever x

Tina was my freshman year dorm roommate at Old Dominion University. We went to close by high schools. One of my most favorite memories from freshman year was playing inner tube water polo. Tina organized a team for our dorm floor. It was so much fun. Thank you Tina for your zest for life and fun.
I don’t call many of my neighbors friends. But I called Tina a friend. Tina was unique, as anyone who knew her knows. Her ability to care, to curse, to scorn, to smile was awesome. I am a better person having known Tina. I’ll miss Tina.
