Traci Lee Dalton's Obituary
Traci Lee Dalton, 51 was born September 8, 1966 and died on July 1, 2018. She was a loving mother, daughter, grandmother, and sister born in DC and raised in Loudoun County who always put family first, and spent every moment she could with family and friends-turned-family. She was always willing to go the extra mile to help someone in need, and achieved her master’s degree in social work in 2013 to be able to do so for as many people as possible. She loved the beach, Busch Gardens, music, and just having a nice glass of wine with a good friend and spending time with her family, and is surely resting in paradise now at One Particular Harbor, grilling pineapple boats and watching the waves break.
She is preceded in death by her father, Glen Dalton Jr, in 2003. She is survived by many family members, including her mother, Sharon Dalton; children, Paige, Cortni, and Glen Reitz; stepchildren, Brandy and Michael Reitz; grandchildren, Trey McDowell and Sarina Gerwig; and sister, Terri Galvin.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Loudoun Funeral Home in Leesburg on August 4, 2018 at 11:30 am, with a reception at Old 690 Brewery in Round Hill, VA at 2:00pm on the same day. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Friends of Loudoun County Mental Health and/or contributions to Trey’s college fund.
